Jim Paquette is quite simply one of the funniest entertainers in the dueling-pianos business. Like Papi Sorrels, Jim comes from a comedy background—but he took it further by writing and publishing his own original comedy music. Many of his songs and bits have become staples performed by duelers across the country.
Jim began his dueling-piano career at Daddio’s in downtown West Palm Beach in 1998. Since then, he has performed nationwide and aboard cruise ships around the world. His albums Beer & Fireworks and 358 Hangovers a Year remain publicly available, and his most-covered original song can still be heard in dueling-piano bars today.
